A peer-support community in Manipal

You don't have to go through this alone.

A local peer-support community in and around Manipal. We're starting with ADHD, and we're building a place where people who feel on their own can find others who understand. It begins on WhatsApp.

Why we started this

Why this community exists

Through the founder's own experience with ADHD and therapy, they realised that professional mental-health support and peer connection are two very different things. Therapy gives professional guidance. But there is also real value in meeting and talking to people who personally understand what it's like to live with ADHD.

When the founder was younger and going through difficult experiences, a local community of people who understood could have helped enormously. MMHSG is the community they wish had existed, and they know there are people around Manipal who may not have an accessible local peer-support group.

Is this for you?

If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place.

I live with ADHD and want to meet people who get it.
I want to find people in and around Manipal who know what this feels like.
ADHD is part of my story, but not all of it.
I want peer support, not a clinic or a classroom.
I just want to know I'm not the only one.
